Read their Brain Diet.
"Is this safe?" is the floor. What a whole month of a kid's shows is building is the question nobody answers. The diet answers it, per kid, then hands you something to do about it.
You stop grading screen time by the hour and start steering it by what it feeds.
How to read it.

It's a nutrition label, not a grade.
Seven kinds of growth: curiosity, creativity, problem solving, learning, empathy, big feelings, and whether it gets them moving. Strongest first, dosed in words rather than numbers. None yet. Some. Solid. Most of it.
Each bar is the share of their rotation that feeds it. Never a score on your kid: a read on the mix you built, which is the part anyone can change.

The thin rows are the interesting ones.
Every mix leans somewhere, usually toward whatever they found first. "Most of it" on curiosity next to "None yet" on empathy is not a failure. It's a fact you didn't have last month.
Movement keeps its own lane: plenty of good shows score zero on it, so it never drags the shape down.

Tap a row to see who's carrying it.
Tap a bar and the shows underneath that don't feed it dim. The fastest way to notice three of their six doing the same job.
"Feed the gap."
The part that makes it a tool instead of a chart.

The app names the thinnest dimension and offers picks.
Under the bars: the gap, how many shows feed it now, and two titles that would. Already screened, already clearing that kid's filters, so there is nothing left to check.
Tap another row and the picks reload for it. The chart is the control.

Tell us what to push on.
Set a kid's growth priorities in their quiz or settings. The app then raises the bar for those: more to call them fed, and the gap logic looks there first.
Where to set them -

There's such a thing as enough.
A dimension that's fed stops asking. The shape glows instead of growing. Something you can finish, not a meter you feed forever.
Where the data comes from.
Worth being blunt about.

We don't watch your kid watch TV.
No tracking on your TV, no viewing telemetry, nothing installed anywhere else. It's built from what you screened, what you put in the rotation, and the watches you confirmed.

Which is why the rotation matters.
An out-of-date rotation makes an out-of-date diet. Two minutes of pruning is the whole cost.
How to build and prune a rotation -
Every show's growth scores come from the same read.
The Feeds column on any verdict is this, per title, added up across a kid's rotation.
